,, .. <br />1 Council Minutes of 6/3/86 -7- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance N0. 86-49 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance accepting for dedication the Timber Trails Subdivision, which <br />includes Old Shore Drive, Timber Trail Drive, Windy Hollow Lane, Hidden Circle, <br />Winding Creek Lane, Wild Oak Drive and Brook Circle, in the City of North <br />Olmsted. Referred to BZD Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 86-50 innroduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the complement of the Parks and Recreation Department, <br />affixing the compensation to be paid the members thereof and repealing Ordin- <br />ance No. 84-120, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee <br />and Recreation Committee. <br />Miscellaneous business: <br />Mr. McKay asked the Safety Committee to look into the problem of left turn <br />signals coming at the beginning or end of the green light and make them uniform <br />throughout the city. <br />Mrs. Saringer reported that Planning Couomission would be meeting on the 10th and <br />11th of June due to a heavy schedule. Also, scheduled a BZD Committee Meeting for <br />Monday, June 16th at 7 P.M. <br />Mr. Wilamosky scheduled a Finance Committee Meeting for Thursday, June 12th at <br />8 P.M., to discuss Ordinance Nos. 86-36, 86-42, 86-45, 86-46 and 86-47. Asked <br />that the Mayor or her representative, Finance Director and President of Council <br />be in attendance. <br />Mr. O'Grady asked the administration to contact Westlake and see if something <br />could be done about the construction in the area of Maple Ridge Road which begins <br />at 6:30 A.M.; has received complaints from Maple Ridge Road residents; Mayor <br />stated she would be happy to contact Westlake to see if anything could be done. <br />Mayor Petrigac also noted that Councilman McKay would be part of the next edition <br />of the City Connection to be taped by West Shore Cable TV on June 12th. Also, <br />if everyone has not received a copy of the municipal magazine, please let her know. <br />President Woerpel reminded council that a Mock Council Meeting would be held on <br />Saturday, June 7th at 9 A.M., with parade and A11 Scouts' Weekend to follow. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved council designate the month of August as its vacation month, <br />second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved to excuse the absence of Councilman Rademaker, second by <br />Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. <br />The agenda being completed and there being no further business, President Woerpel <br />adjourned the council meeting at 9:45 P.M. <br />b <br />orence E.
