Council Minutes of 3/4/86 _7_ <br />LEGISLATION: <br />'~`` Ordinance No. 85-137 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 1151.04, Subsection (k), of the Zoning Code, entitled <br />"Accessory Uses In Any Residence District" of Chapter 1151 of the Zoning Code <br />entitled "Use Restrictions". Mr. Tallon moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, <br />unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 85-137 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 86-0 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted, <br />which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, by changing <br />the premises hereinafter described from General Retail Business District to Single <br />Residence B District. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Saringer, <br />unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 86-0 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 86-3 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 1217.08 of the Zoning Code, entitled "Review Procedures <br />of Applications" of Chapter 1217 entitled "Architectural Review Board". Mrs. <br />Saringer moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordin- <br />ance No. 86-3 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 86-11 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the cancellation of special assessments on <br />certain permanent parcels, as amended. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption, second by <br />Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 86-11 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 86-12 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />up to 500 cubic yards of concrete for Service Department road repair needs and <br />authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency, as <br />amended. Mr. McKay moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. <br />Resolution No. 86-12 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 86-13 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />up to 2,000 tons of stone for various Service Department needs and authorizing <br />the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency,. as amended. Mr. McKay <br />moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Resolution No. <br />86-13 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 86-14 introduced by Mr. Rademaker was given its third reading. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids <br />for up to 5,000 tons of asphalt and tack coating of city streets and authorizing <br />the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency, as amended. Mr. <br />Rademaker moved for adoption, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Reso- <br />lution No. 86-14 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 86-18 introduced by Mr. Lackey was given its second reading. A <br />resolution designating a Prevailing Wage.Coordinator pursuant to Section 4115.032, <br />Ohio Revised Code, for all industrial development projects to be financed with <br />revenue obligations of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 86-19 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second reading. <br />A resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Pebblebrook Subdivision <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br /> <br />
