Council Minutes of 3/4/86 _7_ LEGISLATION: '~`` Ordinance No. 85-137 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. An ordinance amending Section 1151.04, Subsection (k), of the Zoning Code, entitled "Accessory Uses In Any Residence District" of Chapter 1151 of the Zoning Code entitled "Use Restrictions". Mr. Tallon moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 85-137 adopted. Ordinance No. 86-0 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted, which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, by changing the premises hereinafter described from General Retail Business District to Single Residence B District. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 86-0 adopted. Ordinance No. 86-3 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its third reading. An ordinance amending Section 1217.08 of the Zoning Code, entitled "Review Procedures of Applications" of Chapter 1217 entitled "Architectural Review Board". Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordin- ance No. 86-3 adopted. Ordinance No. 86-11 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the cancellation of special assessments on certain permanent parcels, as amended. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 86-11 adopted. Resolution No. 86-12 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for up to 500 cubic yards of concrete for Service Department road repair needs and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency, as amended. Mr. McKay moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 86-12 adopted. Resolution No. 86-13 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for up to 2,000 tons of stone for various Service Department needs and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency,. as amended. Mr. McKay moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 86-13 adopted. Resolution No. 86-14 introduced by Mr. Rademaker was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for up to 5,000 tons of asphalt and tack coating of city streets and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency, as amended. Mr. Rademaker moved for adoption, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Reso- lution No. 86-14 adopted. Resolution No. 86-18 introduced by Mr. Lackey was given its second reading. A resolution designating a Prevailing Wage.Coordinator pursuant to Section 4115.032, Ohio Revised Code, for all industrial development projects to be financed with revenue obligations of the City of North Olmsted. Resolution No. 86-19 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second reading. A resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Pebblebrook Subdivision in the City of North Olmsted.
