Council Minutes o~ 2/4/8b -5- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 86-2 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance providing for the renumbering of Codified Ordinance Section <br />351.15 entitled "Handicapped Parking" to Section 351.20 which was the previous <br />designated section prior to recodification, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. <br />Saringer moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. <br />Ordinance No. 86-2 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 86-4 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance establishing rates of campensation for various administrative and <br />legislative personnel, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Saringer moved for <br />adoption, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 86-4 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 86-5 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the compensation to be paid to all hourly employees <br />employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. <br />Ordinance No. 86-5 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 86-7 introduced by Mr. Rademaker was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the sale of six (6) buses owned by the City of North Olmsted, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 86-8 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. A <br />resolution indicating the desire and intent of the City of North Olmsted to con- <br />tinue participation with government surplus food distribution program and author- <br />izing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady <br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings and referral to committee, <br />second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption, <br />second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 86-8 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 86-9 introduced by Mr. Rademaker was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for <br />five (5) new police cars to be used by the Police Department. <br />Ordinance No. 86-11 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the cancellation of special assessments on <br />certain permanent parcels. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for 500 cubic <br />yards of concrete for Service Department road repair needs and authorizing the <br />Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director. of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />2,000 tons of stone for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the <br />Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency.
