Council Minutes of 1/21/86 -6- Mr. Wilamosky asked the Mayor to cheek the status of an emergency pay phone installation in the area of 1480 and Clague Road. Mr. Wilamosky also asked Mayor Petrigac to consult with the Building Department with respect to the possibility of a violation of the Zoning Code by the ds- play of used cars at the corner of McKenzie and Lorain Roads. Former Building Commissioner Gundy had indicated that he was going to give Mr. Halleen a dead- line to remedy this situation but there has been no improvement. Mr. Lackey asked Mayor Petrigac if she had any knowledge as to whether the bids for the rewiring of the Community Cabin had been let. Mayor replied that the specs had been drawn up by the architect and should be on file in the Service Department; at this point they have not turned up; as soon as possible the city will go out for bids on the rewiring; this is a priority item. Mr. O'Grady scheduled a Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee Meeting for 7 o'clock on January 28th to discuss Ordinance No. 86-8 and Laurell Lane street lighting requests. Requested the Director of Human Resources and acting Safety Director to be in attendance. Mr. McKay scheduled a Streets and Drainage Committee Meeting for Wednesday, January 29th, at 7:30 P.M., and requested the attendance of the City Engineer and the Service Director. Mr. Lackey scheduled an Intra-Governmental Relations and Legislation Committee Meeting for Tuesday, January 28th, at 7:30 P.M., to discuss mayoral appointments. Mr. Lackey moved Council approve the reappointment of Mr. John Helon to the Board of Zoning Appeals, second by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. The agenda being completed and there being no further business, President Woerpel adjourned the Council Meeting at 9:10 P.M. Florence E.
