Council Minutes of 1/7/86 -4- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Resolution No. 85-135 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowsky was given its second <br />reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise <br />for bids for a variable frequency control for three tertiary pump drives at the <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring <br />three readings, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved <br />for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 85-135 <br />adopted. <br />Resolution No. 85-136 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowsky was given its second <br />reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise <br />for bids for the cleaning of two (2) 150,000 gallons each final digester tanks <br />containing grit and sand residue at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and author- <br />izing the Mayor to contract for same,. and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Tallon, <br />unanimously approved. An <br />ordinance amending.. Section 1151.04, Subsection (K), of the Zoning Code entitled <br />"Accessory Uses In Any Residence District" of Chapter 1151 of the Zoning Code <br />entitled "Use Restrictions". <br />Ordinance No. 85-138 introduced by Mr. Rademaker was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance creating new and revised Chapter 950 of the North Olmsted Codified <br />Ordinances entitled "Urban Forest Ordinance", and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 85-139 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986, as amended. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by <br />Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. An <br />ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North <br />Olmsted, which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, <br />by changing the premises hereinafter described from "General Retail Business <br />District" to "Single Residence B District".
