Council Minutes of 1/7/86 -4- LEGISLATION (cont'd): Resolution No. 85-135 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowsky was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for a variable frequency control for three tertiary pump drives at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 85-138 introduced by Mr. Rademaker was given its second reading. An ordinance creating new and revised Chapter 950 of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances entitled "Urban Forest Ordinance", and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 85-139 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986, as amended. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted, which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, by changing the premises hereinafter described from "General Retail Business District" to "Single Residence B District".
