Council Minutes of 12/1/87 _5_ <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 83-17 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was. given its third reading. An <br />ordinance appropriating One Hundred and Five Thousand Dollars ($105,000.00) for <br />engineering to improve water service in various areas of the city, and declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved to table, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously <br />approved. Ordinance No. 83-17 tabled. <br />Ordinance No. 83-18 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an <br />agreement with Michael Benza and Associates for the purpose of providing engineer- <br />ing services to improve water pressure and flow in various sections of the city by <br />cleaning and relining various water lines and installing new water lines, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved to table, second by Mr. Bohlmann, <br />unanimously, approved. Ordinance No. 83-18 tabled. <br />Ordinance No. 83-79 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance establishing the composition. of the Finance Department of the City of <br />North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved to table, second <br />by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 83-79 tabled. <br />Ordinance No. 84-49 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance establishing the Organizational Chart of the Building Department, <br />setting forth the complement of the Building Department and establishing the <br />compensation to be paid to the employees of the Building Department and repealing <br />Ordinance No. 78-75 enacted June 20, 1978, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wila- <br />mosky moved to table, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. <br />84-49 tabled. <br />Resolution No. 86-9 introduced by Mr. Rademaker was given its third reading. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for <br />five (5) new police cars to be used by the Police Department. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved to table, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Resolution No. <br />86-9 tabled. <br />Ordinance No. 86-80 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with a consulting <br />engineer for the purpose of determining the repair needs for the roof at the <br />North Olmsted Recreation Center Complex, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wila- <br />mosky moved to table, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. <br />86-80 tabled. <br />Ordinance No. 86-82 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved to table, second by Mr. Bohlmann, unanimously approved. <br />Ordinance No. 86-82 tabled. <br />Ordinance No. 87-112 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance authorizing the sale of surplus personal property owned by the City <br />of North Olmsted and previously used by the Department of Public Service, the <br />Safety Department, and the Recreation Complex, and declaring an emergency, as <br />amended. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously <br />approved. Ordinance No. 87-112 adopted. <br />
