Council Minutes of 11/4/87 _4_ <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 87-94 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance to establish within the special revenue fund group a "Street Rehabilitation <br />Fund - Income Tax" and a "Permanent Improvement Fund - Income Tax" of the City of <br />North Olmsted for portions of the City's municipal income tax revenues, and declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky. moved to table, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously <br />approved. Ordinance No. 87-94 tabled. <br />Resolution No. 87-97 introduced by Mayor Fetrigac was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />the collection of all refuse in the City of North Olmsted, and authorizing the <br />Mayor to contract for same. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, <br />unanimously approved. Resolution No. 87-97 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 87-103 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 9(C) of Ordinance No. 87-53 entitled, "an ordinance <br />establishing rates of compensation for various administrative and legislative per- <br />sonnel and declaring an emergency, as amended", and declaring an emergency. Mr. <br />Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon. Roll call on motion: Affirm- <br />ative vote: Bohlmann, O'Grady, Rademaker, Tallon. Negative vote: McKay, Wilamosky. <br />4 Aye - 2 Nay - Motion carried. Ordinance No. 87-103 adopted, without the emer- <br />gency clause. <br />Resolution No. 87-105 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />2,500 tons of road salt and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and de- <br />claring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 87-106 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. <br />A resolution authorizingthe Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />50,000 gallons of sodium aluminate for use by the North Olmsted Wastewater Treat- <br />ment Facilities Plant. <br />Ordinance No. 87-208 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted pro- <br />viding for "no parking" on both sides of Butternut Ridge Road from where the same <br />intersects with Dover Center Road to where it also intersects with Porter Road, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 87-109 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance accepting an easement for the installation and maintenance of a <br />water line for the purpose of circulating water service by the City of Cleveland <br />through land owned by Westside Land Company, Sunrise Development Company, Milton <br />A. Wolf and Harlan E. Sherman, Trustee, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 87-112 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance authorizing the sale of surplus personal property owned by the <br />City of North Olmsted and previously used by the Department of Public Service, <br />the Safety Department and the Recreation Complex, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 87-113 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance increasing the Senior Center Petty Cash Fund from Two Hundred Dollars <br />($200.00) to Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00). Referred to Finance Committee. <br />
