y Special Council Minutes of 8/14/87 -3- LEGISLATION (cont'd): Resolution No. 87-78 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept bids for the roof .replacement and building rehabilitation of North Olmsted Old Town Hall, as detailed in the Roof Replacement and Building Rehabilitation Specifi- cations on file,. and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 87-78 adopted. Ordinance No. 87-79 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance to amend Sections 1501.0101, 1501.0501, 1501.0502, 1501.1302 and 1501.2101 of the Codif ied Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, in order to increase the municipal income tax rate from one percent to one and one-half percent, and de- claring an emergency. Resolution No. 87-80 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. A resolution declaring the necessity of an election on the question of approving the passage of an ordinance to amend Sections 1501.0101, 1501.0501, 1501.0502, 1501.1302 and 1501.2101 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, in order to increase the municipal income tax rate from one percent to one and one-half percent, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 87-81 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance to amend Section 1501.1901 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio,. in order to provide for a seventy-five percent municipal income tax credit with a credit limit of seventy-five percent of one percent of taxable income, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved to excuse the absence of Councilman Rademaker, second by Mr. Lackey, unanimously approved.
