<br />Council Minutes of 5/19/87 -5- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 87-41 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other ex- <br />penditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1987, <br />as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 87-42 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1987, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 87-43 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance establishing a policy of continuation of hospitalization benefits <br />for employees and dependents of employees under certain circumstances, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 87-44 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 737.03(8) and Section 737.05(d) of the Codif ied <br />Ordinances entitled "Requirements of Peddlers'' and "Prohibited Places of Sale", <br />respectively, of Chapter 737 entitled "Frozen Dessert Peddlers". <br />Ordinance No. 87-45 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other ex- <br />penditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1987. <br />Ordinance has already been discussed by Finance Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 87-46 introduced by Mr. Rademaker was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance to authorize the purchase of a flexible engine and differential <br />removal kit for the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emer- <br />gency. Referred to Finance Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 87-47 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for "No Parking" on the west end of Bretton Ridge Drive in the City <br />of North Olmsted. Referred to Safety Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 87-48 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1987. Ordinance <br />has already been discussed by Finance Committee. <br />Miscellaneous Business: <br />President Saringer announced that a bid opening for four new automobiles for the <br />Police Department would be held on Monday, June 8th, at 12 noon, at North Olmsted <br />Town Hall. Specifications for the new cars may be obtained between the hours of <br />8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. in the Administration Building. <br />Mr. Bohlmann scheduled a joint Legislation and Finance Committee meeting for <br />May 26th at 7:30 P.M, for the purpose of reviewing fees and permits; Safety <br />Director Becker, Acting Building Commissioner Sanker and Mayor Petrigac were <br />invited to be in attendance. <br />Mr. O'Grady scheduled a Safety Committee meeting for Tuesday, May 26th, at <br />7:00 P.M. and requested Captain Krynak to be in attendance. <br />,w .~., .. <. _.._ .._ ..,..~ ., _ .. _..., ,. <br />
