* 'A Council Minutes of ,S'/6/87 -6- LEGISLATION (cont'd) Ordinance No. 87-41 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1987. Referred to Finance Committee. Ordinance No. 87-42 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1987. Referred to Finance Committee. Ordinance No. 87-43 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An ordinance establishing a policy of continuation of hospitalization benefits for employees and dependents of employees under certain circumstances. Referred to Finance Committee. Ordinance No. 87-44 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its first reading. An ordinance amending Section 737.03(g) and Section 737.05(d} of the Codif ied Ordin- ances entitled "Requirements of Peddlers" and "Prohibited Places of Sale", re- spectively, of Chapter 737 entitled "Frozen Dessert Peddlers". Miscellaneous business: Mayor Petrigac asked what Ordinance No. 87-42, Planning Commission Filing Charges, was about. Mr. Wilamosky stated there had been some discussion by Planning Commission and the Finance Department and he would like a little more in-depth re- view and discussion at the next scheduled Finance Commmittee meeting; Mayor will probably be in attendance. President Saringer reminded everyone that a Council-of-the Whole Committee Meeting would be held on Monday, A4ay 18th, to discuss the Mayor's proposed income tax. Mr. McKay scheduled a Streets and Drainage Committee Meeting for Tuesday, May 12th at 7:30 P.M. and requested Service Director Noble to be in attendance. Mr. O'Grady moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Rademaker, second by Mr. Bohlmann, unanimously approved.
