An <br />ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1987. Referred <br />to Finance Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 87-42 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for <br />the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1987. Referred to <br />Finance Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 87-43 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance establishing a policy of continuation of hospitalization benefits for <br />employees and dependents of employees under certain circumstances. Referred to <br />Finance Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 87-44 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 737.03(g) and Section 737.05(d} of the Codif ied Ordin- <br />ances entitled "Requirements of Peddlers" and "Prohibited Places of Sale", re- <br />spectively, of Chapter 737 entitled "Frozen Dessert Peddlers". <br />Miscellaneous business: <br />Mayor Petrigac asked what Ordinance No. 87-42, Planning Commission Filing Charges, <br />was about. Mr. Wilamosky stated there had been some discussion by Planning <br />Commission and the Finance Department and he would like a little more in-depth re- <br />view and discussion at the next scheduled Finance Commmittee meeting; Mayor will <br />probably be in attendance. <br />President Saringer reminded everyone that a Council-of-the Whole Committee Meeting <br />would be held on Monday, A4ay 18th, to discuss the Mayor's proposed income tax. <br />Mr. McKay scheduled a Streets and Drainage Committee Meeting for Tuesday, May 12th <br />at 7:30 P.M. and requested Service Director Noble to be in attendance. <br />Mr. O'Grady moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Rademaker, second by Mr. Bohlmann, <br />unanimously approved. <br />There being no further business and the agenda being completed, President Saringer <br />adjourned the council meeting at 9:15 P.M. <br />y~~ ~ <br />Florence E.
