An <br />ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1987. Referred to <br />Finance Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 87-14 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for <br />the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1987. Mr. Tallon moved <br />for suspension of rules requiring three readings as well as referral to committee, <br />second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption, second <br />by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 87-14 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 87-15 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for 500 cubic <br />yards of concrete for Service Department road repair needs and authorizing the <br />Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />2,000 tons of stone for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the Mayor <br />to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. An <br />ordinance establishing a second law clerk position within the Organizational Chart <br />of the Department of Law for the City of North Olmsted, amending Section 137.01 <br />of the Cod if ied Ordinances of the City. of North Olmsted, and declaring an <br />emergency.
