Council Minutes of 2/17/87 -5- LEGISLATION (cont'd): Ordinance No. 87-13 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1987. Referred to Finance Committee. Ordinance No. 87-14 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1987. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of rules requiring three readings as well as referral to committee, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 87-14 adopted. Resolution No. 87-15 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for 500 cubic yards of concrete for Service Department road repair needs and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 2,000 tons of stone for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency.
