Hearing was held last Monday; North Olmsted is the only city
left that has not paid. They are asking $20,000 from North Olmsted; Law
Director has indicated to Judge George McMonagle that he does not believe the
court has continuing jurisdiciton; also, there are some other impediments in
the case; suspects that the Judge will make a ruling in the near future. Law
Director will be submitting a brief; is not overly optimistic but there is
always the Court of Appeals.
