<br />4) Moved council have no objection to the transfer of a Cl liquor permit from
<br />Clark Oil and Refining Corporation, dba Clark Super 100, 1509, 28925 Lorain Road,
<br />to AOC Acquisition Corporation, dba Clark Service Station 1509, 28925 Lorain
<br />Road, second by Mrs. Bahas. Roll call on motion. Affirmative vote: Bahas,
<br />Boehmer, Bohlmann, O'Grady, Tallon, Wilamosky. Negative vote: McKay. 6 Aye -
<br />1 Nay - Motion carried.
<br />5) Moved council have no objection to the issuance of a C1, C2 liquor permit
<br />to Marc Glassman, Incorporated, dba Marc's, 26393 Great Northern Boulevard,
<br />second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved.
<br />Mr. O'Grady, Chairman Transportation Committee reported.: 1) Had no report from
<br />the Transp atation Committee but wanted to let everyone know that the City of
<br />North Olmsted had two working fires at the same time yesterday as well as two
<br />calls for the emergency squad; while all of North Olmsted's equipment was in
<br />use, the City of Fairview Park and the City of Westlake were on alert and
<br />ready to respond to any further calls; it is nice to know that the city was
<br />still safe and in good hands during this critical period of time.
<br />LEGISLATION:
<br />Resolution No. 88-133 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading.
<br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids
<br />for 50,000 gallons of sodium aluminate for use by the North Olmsted Wastewater
<br />Treatment Facilities Plant.
<br />Ordinance No. 88-134 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading.
<br />An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures
<br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1989, as amended.
<br />Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by
<br />Mrs. Bahas, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by
<br />Mrs. Bahas, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 88-134 adopted.
<br />Ordinance No. 88-137 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading.

<br />Ordinance No. 88-139 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. An
<br />ordinance adopting a new and revised Section 1301.01 entitled, "Adoption", of
<br />Chapter 1301 entitled, "Building Code of the City of North Olmsted", and de-
<br />claring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for suspension of rule requiring three
<br />readings as well as referral to committee, second by Mr. Wilamosky. Roll call
<br />on motion: Affirmative vote: Bahas, Bohlmann, O'Grady, Tallon, Wilamosky.
<br />Negative vote: Boehmer, McKay. 5 Aye - 2 Nay - Motion carried. Mr. O'Grady
<br />moved for adoption, second by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. Ordinance
<br />No. 88-139 adopted.
