Council Minutes of 12/20/88 4- LEGISLATION (cont'd): Resolution No. 88-140 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. A resolution urging the Director of the Ohio Department of Transportation to take immediate steps to establish a new center line for the relocation of State Route 252 which proposed roadway currently provides for the widening and relocation of State Route 252 in the City of Westlake and new construction within the City of North Olmsted, which project has been thwarted by the refusal of the City of Westlake to sign a cooperation agreement with the Ohio Department of Transportation, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 88-141 introduced by Mayor Petrigac on behalf of Councilman Bohlmann was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing additional hospitalization benefits for non-bargaining unit employees of the City of North Olmsted, and de- claring an emergency.
