;; ~ ~ - ~„
~. ~ .,. •r~r~nut`es of Public Hearing of 11/15/88 -2-
i President Saringer asked if anyone in the audience would like to address
Ordinance No. 88-118.
Audience participation:
Mr. Angelo Skoulis, 24732 Mitchell Drive, President of Park West Homeowners'
Association and Member of the Board of Trustees, stated that a number. of
meetings were held with the developer's representatives, at their request.
Over the past several months, an agreement has been worked out that is
mutually agreeable to both the developer. and the neighboring residents.
Would like the builder's representative to read off the list of concessions
they are willing to make so that it becomes part of the official record and
leaves no room for future arguements as to what exactly was promised.
Mr. Richard :Carlisle, Biskind Development Company representative, introduced
Ms. Amy Watts and Mr. Mitchell Mize and proceeded to read a list of con-
cessions mutually agreed upon. (In order to prevent any chance far error
or misinterpretation of what Mr. Carlisle reported,_the word-for-word trans-
cript of the Public Hearing tape of November 15, 1988:, is attached hereto
and made apart of these minutes.)
Mr. Skoulis agreed that Mr. Carlisle thoroughly covered all points and as long
as the developer honored his committments, the residents would like to go on
record as having no objection to the zoning change.
There being no further discussion, President Saringer adjourned the Public
Hearing at 7:45 P.M.
~.
lorence E. Campbe Clerk of Council Ja A. Saringer, Presid t of Council
C7
~~~~.j~~~o.u..u
