MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />NOVEMBER 1, 1988 <br />7:00 P.M. <br />Present: President Janet Saringer, Councilmen Boehmer, McKay, <br />O'Grady, Tallon, Wilamosky. <br />Also present: Acting Clerk of Council Edwar Boyle. <br />Absent: Councilwoman Bahas, Councilman Bohlmann. <br />Public Hearing was called to order by President Saringer at 7:05 P.M. <br />President Saringer announced that the Public Hearing was being held with <br />respect to Ordinance No. 88-75, an ordinance creating a new Chapter 1141 <br />of the North Olmsted Zoning Code entitled, "Office Building District", <br />and asked if anyone wished to speak to said ordinance. <br />Councilman Tallon remarked that there had been lengthy discussions on <br />this proposal and felt that council was ready to move on with the legis- <br />lation. <br />Mr. Don Diver, 24711 Mitchell, asked if this legislation is passed to- <br />night, will the zoning code be rewritten at a later date. Councilman <br />Wilamosky stated that the ordinance would most likely be included within <br />the new revisions and become part of the existing zoning code. <br />There being no further discussion, President Saringer adjourned the <br />Public Hearing at 7:07 P.M. <br />Edward J.
