,. <br />Council Minutes of 11/1/88 _g_ <br />{„~ LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 88-119. introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance vacating a one foot portion of Cypress Drive and a one foot portion <br />of Maplehurst Road where the same abut the Olmsted Township Corporation Line. <br />Ordinance No. 88-120 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance establishing the compensation to be paid to administrative and <br />supervisory personnel employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 88-121 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. <br />A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga <br />County General Health District for the year 1989, and declaring an emergency. <br />Referred to Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 88-122 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North <br />Olmsted, which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olssted, <br />by changing the premises hereinafter described from Single Residence A District <br />to General Retail Business District, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 88-123 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 1135.02 of the Zoning Code entitled, "Accessory <br />Uses and Buildings" of Chapter 1135 of the Zoning Code entitled, "Residence <br />Districts". Referred to BZD Committee. <br />Resolution No. 88-124 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. A <br />resolution accepting for recording purposes only the resubdivision of 7515 <br />Company's Subdivision No. 2 in the City of North Olmsted. Referred to BZD Committee. <br />Miscellaneous Business: <br />President Saringer announced that a Council of the Whole Committee and Finance <br />Committee Meeting had been scheduled for November 21st at 8 P.M. Mr. Wilamosky <br />requested the Mayor, Finance Director and Director of Budget and Management to <br />be in attendance. <br />Mr. O'Grady moved. to excuse the absence of Councilperson Bahas, second by Mr. <br />Boehmer, unanimously approved. <br />The agenda being completed and there being no further business, President Saringer <br />adjourned the Council Meeting at 9:30 P.M. <br />~~~ <br />Edward J.
