Council Minutes of 10/18/88 -5- LEGISLATION (cont'd): Ordinance No. 88-115 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expendi- tures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1988. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 88-115 adopted. Ordinance No. 88-116 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other ex- penditures for the City of North Olmsted for the. year ending December 31, 1988. Referred to Finance Committee. Ordinance No. 88-117 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An ordinance authorizing the Police Department to purchase afire alarm system to be placed in the jail area, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Safety and Finance Committees. Ordinance No. 88-118 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted, which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, by changing the premises hereinafter described from Single Residence C District to Office Building District and further, from certain premises hereinafter described from Multiple Residence District to Office Building District. Referred to BZD Committee. Ordinance No. 88-119 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance vacating a one foot portion of Cypress Drive and one foot portion of Maplehurst Road where the same abut the Olmsted Township Corporation Line. Referred to Streets and Drainage Committee. Ordinance No. 88-120 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first. reading. An ordinance establishing the compensation to be paid to administrative and supervisory personnel employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee. Miscellaneous Business: Mr. Wilamosky scheduled a Finance Committee Meeting for Monday, October 24th, at 8 P.M., and requested Finance Director Boyle to be in attendance. Committee will discuss Ordinance Nos. 88-116, 88-117 and 88-120. Would like Service Director Noble and the Mayor to also attend as well as members of council in order to discuss a proposal to plan capital improvements for next year. Would like Safety Director Becker and Chief Marsh, or representative, to be in attendance to discuss Ordinance No. 88-117. Mr. McKay scheduled a Streets and Drainage Committee Meeting for Wednesday, October 26th, at 7:30 P.M. Mr. Bohlmann scheduled a Legislative Committee Meeting for Monday, October 24th, at 7:30 P.M., and asked Clerk of Council to notify Mr. Jack Konold to be present. Mr. O'Grady moved to excuse the absence of President Saringer and Councilwoman -Bahas, second by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved.
