Council Minutes of 10/18/88 -4- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Resolution No. 88-106 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for diesel <br />fuel and gasoline products for use by the City of North Olmsted and North Olmsted <br />Municipal Bus Line, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three read- <br />ings, second by Mr. Boehmer, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for <br />adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 88-106 <br />adopted. <br />Service Director Noble commented that Resolution No. 88-106 and other supplies <br />for the Service Department were being advertised at this time in order to have <br />some good, firm figures to work with in planning a decent budget for the city. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings on Resolu- <br />tions No. 88-107, 88-108, 88-109, 88-110 and 88-114 as well as Ordinance No. <br />88-115, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. <br />Resolution No. 88-107 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids <br />for 250 tons of cinders and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. McKay, <br />unanimously approved. Resolution No. 88-107 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 88-108 introduced by Mayor. Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for up to <br />500 cubic yards of concrete for Service Department road repair needs and author- <br />izing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for adoption, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Resolution No. <br />88-108 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 88-109 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for 2,000 <br />tons of stone for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the Mayor to <br />contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, <br />second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 88-109 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 88-110 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids <br />up to 5,000 tons of asphalt and tack coating of city streets, and authorizing <br />the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency, Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for adoption, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Resolution No. <br />88-110 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 88-112 introduced by Councilman McKay was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance amending Section 1135.02 of the Zoning Code entitled "Accessory Uses <br />and Buildings" of Chapter 1135 of the Zoning Code entitled, "Residence Districts". <br />Resolution No. 88-114 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids <br />for 2,500 tons of road salt, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and <br />declaring an emergency.
