Council Minutes of 9/6/88 <br />Mayor Petrigac also commented that in October of 1986 she had introduced <br />legislation, Ordinance No. 86-92, which was approved by Planning Commission, <br />had a full three readings as well as a public hearing and was placed back <br />into committee; feels that a year and eight months is sufficient time for <br />it to be considered and would like to have it placed on the agenda for the <br />next council meeting. Fresident Saringer advised that this ordinance, as <br />well as all the other Zoning Code ordinances that were currently being <br />held in committee, have been given to Mr. Robert Hill, City Planner, for <br />his review and recommendation, which should be forthcoming shortly. <br />-6- <br />Mr. Bohlmann scheduled a Legislation Committee Meeting for September 13th, <br />at 8 P.M, and requested the Clerk of Council to notify and invite Marilyn Ransom <br />to be in attendance as well as Law Director Gareau and Building Commissioner <br />Conway. <br />Mr. McKay scheduled a joint Streets and Drainage/Finance Committee Meeting <br />for Tuesday, September 13th, at 7:30 P.M. and requested Finance Director <br />Boyle and Budget and Management Director Cunningham to be in attendance to <br />discuss Ordinance No. 88-97. <br />Councilman Tallon asked Clerk of Council to accept and file the petition pre- <br />sented this evening by the residents of Silverdale and Selhurst Roads. <br />Mr. O'Grady moved to excuse the absence of Councilman Wilamosky, second by <br />Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. <br />The agenda being completed and there being no further business, President <br />Saringer adjourned the council meeting at 9:20 P.M. <br />lorence E.
