<br />MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />JUNE 21, 1988 <br />7:00 P.M. <br />Present: President Janet Saringer, Councilwoman Babas, Councilmen <br />Boehmer, Bohlmann, O`Grady, Tallon. <br />Also present: Clerk of Council Florence Campbell. <br />Absent: Councilmen McKay, Wilamosky. <br />Public Hearing was called. to order by .President Saringer a.t ~;05 P.M. <br />President Saringer announced .that a Public Hearing was being he1.d with re- <br />spect to Ordinance No. 88-52, an ordinance adopting a new .and .revised <br />Chapter 1115 of the Zoning Code of the City o~ North Olmsted tit~.ed, <br />"Definitions". <br />Mr. Tallon explained that the only change made in the entire Chapter <br />1115 was the addition of the word, "Landbank", which was numbered (43), <br />under Section 1115.01 DEFINITIONS, Subsection. (a), the word., "Landbank" <br />was defined by Law Director Gareau and included as stated above, <br />There was no audience participation. <br />There being no further discussion, President Saringer adjourned the Public <br />Hearing at 7:10 P.M. <br />~- <br />orence E.
