i .. +. MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED JUNE 9, 1988 Present: President Pro Tem Ronald Tallon, Councilwoman Bahas, Council- men Boehmer, O'Grady, Wilamosky. Also present: Finance Director Edward Boyle, Clerk of Council Florence Campbell. Absent: President of Council Saringer, Councilmen Bohlmann and McKay. Special Council Meeting was called to order by President Pro Tem Tallon at 7:05 P.M., in Council Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road. Mr. Wilamosky moved to amend the .agenda by suspending Rule 5 of the Rules of Council, to permit the addition of Ordinance No. 88-75; also to allow for the inclusion of a Building, Zoning and Development Committee Report, second by Mrs. Bahas, unanimously approved. Agenda amended accordingly. Letters and communications: Clerk of Council announced receipt of a petition from Sunrise Land Company signed by Samuel H. Miller, President; Milton A. Wolf and Harlan E. Sherman, owners of the North Olmsted Industrial Park development, for the installation of the required improvements on an assessment basis. A resolution declaring it necessary to improve North Olmsted Industrial Parkway between certain termini, by grading, draining, curbing, paving and constructing a water main and storm and sanitary sewers, together with the necessary appurten- ances thereto, and declaring an emergency. on behalf of Mayor and entire Council Ordinance No. 88-69 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky/was given its first reading. An ordinance determining to proceed with the improvement of North Olmsted Industrial Parkway between certain termini by grading, draining, curbing, paving and constructing a water main and storm and sanitary sewers, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved that council be provided with a Fiscal Officer's Certif icate for Ordinance No. 88-70, second by Mrs. Bahas, unanimously approved. Finance Director Boyle presented the certificate to council. on behalf of Mayor and entire Council Ordinance No. 88-70 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky/was given its first reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds and the levy and collection of special assessments to pay costs of improving North Olmsted Industrial Parkway between certain termini by grading, draining, curbing, paving and constructing a water main and storm and sanitary sewers, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto. a~~ : ~ , , ,
