i .. +. <br />MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />JUNE 9, 1988 <br />Present: President Pro Tem Ronald Tallon, Councilwoman Bahas, Council- <br />men Boehmer, O'Grady, Wilamosky. <br />Also present: Finance Director Edward Boyle, Clerk of Council Florence Campbell. <br />Absent: President of Council Saringer, Councilmen Bohlmann and McKay. <br />Special Council Meeting was called to order by President Pro Tem Tallon at <br />7:05 P.M., in Council Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved to amend the .agenda by suspending Rule 5 of the Rules of <br />Council, to permit the addition of Ordinance No. 88-75; also to allow for the <br />inclusion of a Building, Zoning and Development Committee Report, second by <br />Mrs. Bahas, unanimously approved. Agenda amended accordingly. <br />Letters and communications: <br />Clerk of Council announced receipt of a petition from Sunrise Land Company <br />signed by Samuel H. Miller, President; Milton A. Wolf and Harlan E. Sherman, <br />owners of the North Olmsted Industrial Park development, for the installation <br />of the required improvements on an assessment basis. <br />LEGISLATION: on behalf of M or and tire Council <br />Ordinance No. 88-67 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky/was given its ~~rst reac~~ng. <br />An ordinance formally accepting the plat of North Olmsted Industrial Park, and <br />the dedication of North Olmsted Industrial Parkway, and certain easements as <br />shown on that plat, and declaring an emergency. <br />an behalf of M yyor and tire Council <br />Resolution No. 88-68 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky/was given its ~irst reac~inng. <br />A resolution declaring it necessary to improve North Olmsted Industrial Parkway <br />between certain termini, by grading, draining, curbing, paving and constructing <br />a water main and storm and sanitary sewers, together with the necessary appurten- <br />ances thereto, and declaring an emergency. <br />on behalf of Mayor and entire Council <br />Ordinance No. 88-69 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky/was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance determining to proceed with the improvement of North Olmsted <br />Industrial Parkway between certain termini by grading, draining, curbing, <br />paving and constructing a water main and storm and sanitary sewers, together <br />with the necessary appurtenances thereto, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved that council be provided with a Fiscal Officer's Certif icate <br />for Ordinance No. 88-70, second by Mrs. Bahas, unanimously approved.
