<br />Council Minutes of 6/9/88 -2- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 88-75 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance creating new Chapter 1141 of the North Olmsted Zoning Code, entitled, <br />"Office Building District". <br />Mr. Tallon, Chairman Building, Zoning and Development Committee reported: <br />1) BZD Committee discussed the preliminary use plan, Corporate Center Parcel "A", <br />for an office building/hotel complex. There had been a minor change made on <br />the plan, that being, the hotel was moved from its original position on the site <br />to a new location, however the use remained the same. The BZD Committee concurred <br />that this was only a minor change, made no change in the use, and agreed to pass <br />it on to the Planning Commi lion with BZD Committee's approval. Mr. Tallon moved <br />council accept the BZD Committee's recommendation as stated, second by Mr. O'Grady, <br />unanimously approved. <br />2) BZD Committee also discussed a minor addition of a fence at the P. J. McIntyre <br />Restaurant on Great Northern and has no objection. Mr. Tallon moved council <br />approve the P. J. McIntyre Restaurant fence as recommended by BZD Committee, <br />second by Mr. Boehmer, unanimously approved. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved to excuse the absence of President Saringer, Councilman McKay <br />and Councilman Bohlmann, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. <br />The agenda being completed and there being no further business, President Pro <br />Tem Tallon adjourned the Special Council Meeting at 7:15 P.M. <br />r <br />F orence E.
