. ,_ , <br />Council Minutes of 6/7/88 _8_ <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 88-74 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various administrative personnel, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Miscellaneous business: <br />President Saringer announced a Special Council Meeting for Thursday, June 9th, <br />at 7 P.M, regarding Ordinance Nos. 88-67, 88-68, 88-69 and 88-70, all dealing <br />with the North Olmsted Industrial Park a A Special Council Meeting will be held <br />on June 14th, at 7 P.M. A Public Hearing will be held with respect to Ordinance <br />No. 88-52, amending the Zoning Gode, on Tuesday, June 21st at 7 P.M. There will <br />be a Council-as-a-Whole Committee Meeting to discuss the tax issue and the <br />Zoning Code, June 16th, 7:30 P.M. <br />Mr. Boehmer moved Council recess for the month of August, second by Mrs. Bahas. <br />Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: Bahas, Boehmer, Bohlmann, O'Grady, <br />Tallon Wilamosky. Negative vote: McKay. 6 Aye - 1 Nay - Motion carried. <br />Mrs. Bahas scheduled a Long Range Planning Committee Meeting for June 14th at <br />7:30 P.M., and requested Law Director Gateau to be in attendance. Purpose of the <br />meeting is to discuss placing on the ballot the issue of consensus for the <br />Crocker/Stearns Extension. <br />Mr. Bohlmann scheduled a Legislative Committee Meeting for June 13th at 8 P.M. <br />to discuss Ordinance No. 87-100; requested Mrs. Kordish to be invited along with <br />all previous members from the last meeting. <br />Mr. Boehmer scheduled a Safety Committee Meeting for June 16th, immediately follow- <br />ing the Streets and Drainage Committee Meeting, to discuss Ordinance Nos. 88-61 <br />and 88-66. <br />Mr. McKay scheduled a :Streets and Drainage Committee Meeting for June 16th at <br />7 P.M. and requested Service Director Noble to be in attendance. <br />Mr. Tallon scheduled a BZD Committee Meeting for June 16th at 7 P.M. to discuss <br />Ordinance Nos. 88-37 and 88-52 as well as new Chapter 1126 of the Zoning Code. <br />Mayor Petrigac requested Chairman Bohlmann to review the latest candidate's <br />resume in order to fill the vacancy on the Planning Commission. Mr. Bohlmann <br />advised the Mayor that he had not received any resume; Mayor will see that it <br />is sent to him. <br />The agenda being completed and there being no further business, President Saringer <br />adjourned the Council Meeting at 10:05 P.M. <br />orence E.
