<br />MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />APRIL 19,.1988 <br />Present: President Janet Beringer, Councilwoman.Bahas, Councilmen <br />Boehmer, Bohlmann, McKay, .O'Grady, Wilamosky. <br />Also present:. Mayor Xvonne Petrigac, Law Director Michael, Gareau, Finance <br />Director Edward Boyle, Clerk of Council Florence Campbell, <br />Absent: Councilman Tallon, <br />Meeting was called to order by President Saringer at 8:15 P.M., in Council <br />Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North .Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Members of the audience were invited to join Members of Cauncil in reciting <br />the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />Minutes of the Council Meeting of April 5,-1988, were approved. <br />President Saringer reported: 1) Ordinance No. 88-37 has been removed from <br />tonight's agenda; Ordinance Nos. 88-50 and 88-51 have been. added; suspension <br />of rule requiring three readings will b,e requested for Ordinance Nos. 88-46, <br />88-47, 88-48 and 88-51. <br />2) Welcomed Olmsted Falls' Mayor, Robert .Kennedy, and his .associates to <br />tonight's meeting. <br />3) Welcomed Boy Scouts James Kryeh and Scott Malchus who have achieved <br />the Eagle Scout Award. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Resolution No. 88-46 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky on behalf of ,the kiayor and <br />the entire Council was given .its first reading. A xesalution commending the <br />achievement of the Eagle Scout Award in Boy Scouting - James Krych. Mr. <br />Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule .requiring three readings, second by <br />Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second <br />by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Resolution No, 88-4b adopted. <br />Resolution No. 88-47 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky on .behalf of .the Mayor and <br />the entire Council was given its first reading. A resolution commending the <br />achievement of the Eagle Scout Award in Boy Scouting - Scott Malchus. Mr. <br />Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by <br />Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption., second <br />by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 88-47 adopted. <br />Eagle Scouts James Krych and Scott Malchus were congratulated and recogx-ized. <br />by the Mayor, Law Director, Finance Director, President and Members of Council <br />as well as members of the audience.. <br />~., <br />
