Council Minutes of 4/19/88 -6- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 88-50 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first. reading. <br />An ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various administrative <br />personnel, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspenion of <br />rule requiring three readings, second by Mrs. Babas, unanimously approved. <br />There was no audience participation. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second <br />by Mrs. Babas, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 88-50 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 88-51 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and. other exgenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 19$8. Mr. <br />Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring .three readings, second by Mr. <br />Boehmer, unanimously approved. There was no audience participation. Mr. <br />Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Boehmer, unanimously approved. <br />Ordinance No. 88-51 adopted. <br />Miscellaneous Business: <br />Mayor Petrigac asked that any suggestions with respect to the markers at North <br />Olmsted Park be forwarded to her well before the Memorial Day Ceremony. <br />Mr. McKay scheduled a joint Streets and Drainage/BZD Committee Meeting for <br />Monday, May 2nd, at 7:30 P.M. and requested Mayor Petrigac to be in attendance. <br />Mrs. Babas scheduled a joint Long Range Planning/BZD Committee Meeting for <br />Monday, May 9th, at 8:00 P.M. <br />President Saringer announced that a Public Hearing with respect to Ordinance <br />Nos. 88-34, 88-36 and 88-37 would be held on May 17th at 7 P.M. <br />Because of the May 3rd election, President Saringer announced that the next <br />regular Council Meeting would be held on Wednesday, May 4th, at 8 P.M. <br />Mr. McKay moved to excuse the absence of Councilman Tallon, second by Mr. <br />Bohlmann, unanimously approved. <br />The agenda being completed and there being no .further business, President Saringer <br />adjourned the Council Meeting at 9:35 P.M. <br />Florence E.
