Council Minutes of 4/19/88 -5- <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 88-35 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance establishing a Casualty Loss Reserve Fund for the purpose of <br />maintaining an account from which to draw in the event the City either <br />sustains a casualty loss or has a claim .filed against the City wherein the <br />City is obligated to absorb a loss due to the deductible in the City's <br />Insurance Program, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for <br />adoption, second by Mr. Bohlmann, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. <br />88-35 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 88-41 introduced by Mayor Petrigac and Councilman McKay was <br />given its second reading. An ordinance vacating a portion of Canterbury Road <br />which is more fully described on the vacation plat which is made a part of <br />this ordinance., and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 88-42 introduced by Mayor .Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various administrative and <br />legislative personnel, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for <br />suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Bohlmann, unanimously <br />approved. There was no audience participation. Mr. Wilamosky moved for <br />adoption, second by Mr. Bohlmann, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 88-42 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 88-44 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance establishing the organization and composition of the non-uniform, <br />part-time personnel of the Police Department, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by <br />Mr. Boehmer, unanimously approved. There was no audience participation. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved far adoption, second by Mr. Boehmer, unanimously approved. <br />Ordinance No. 88-44 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 88-45 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other ex- <br />penditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1988. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by <br />Mrs. Bahas, unanimously approved. There was no audience participation. Mr. <br />Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Bohlmann, unanimously approved. <br />Ordinance No. 88-45 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 88-48 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1988.
