Council Minutes of 4/19/88 -5- LEGISLATION: Ordinance No. 88-35 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An ordinance establishing a Casualty Loss Reserve Fund for the purpose of maintaining an account from which to draw in the event the City either sustains a casualty loss or has a claim .filed against the City wherein the City is obligated to absorb a loss due to the deductible in the City's Insurance Program, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Bohlmann, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 88-35 adopted. Ordinance No. 88-41 introduced by Mayor Petrigac and Councilman McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance vacating a portion of Canterbury Road which is more fully described on the vacation plat which is made a part of this ordinance., and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 88-42 introduced by Mayor .Petrigac was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various administrative and legislative personnel, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Bohlmann, unanimously approved. There was no audience participation. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Bohlmann, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 88-42 adopted. Ordinance No. 88-44 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing the organization and composition of the non-uniform, part-time personnel of the Police Department, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Boehmer, unanimously approved. There was no audience participation. Mr. Wilamosky moved far adoption, second by Mr. Boehmer, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 88-44 adopted. Ordinance No. 88-45 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other ex- penditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1988. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mrs. Bahas, unanimously approved. There was no audience participation. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Bohlmann, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 88-45 adopted. Ordinance No. 88-48 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1988. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Bohlmann, unanimously approved. There was no audience participation. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Bohlmann, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 88-48 adopted. Ordinance No. 88-49 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was .given its first reading. An ordinance amending Section 161.06 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled, "Vehicle Mileage. Allowance", of Chapter 161 en- titled, "Employees Generally".
