Council Minutes of 3/1/88 -5- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd}; <br />Ordinance No. 88-31 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Westshore <br />Council of Governments to provide for a Hazardous Material Response Team, and <br />declaring an emergency. Referred to Legislation Committee. <br />Resolution No. 88-32 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for <br />eight (8) police vehicles for the North Olmsted Police Department and authorizing <br />the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Boehmer moved for <br />suspension of rule requiring three readings as well as referral to committee, <br />second by Mrs. Bahas, unanimously approved. President Pro Tem Tallon asked if <br />anyone in the audience would like to adsiress Resolution No. 88-32; there was no <br />audience participation. Mr. Boehmer moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Bahas, <br />unanimously approved. Resolution No. 88-32 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 88-33 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 1331 of the Codif ied Ordinances en- <br />titled, "Dangerous or Unsafe Buildings", and declaring an emergency. Referred to <br />BZD Committee. <br />At this point, Council stood in recess for five minutes. <br />Upon reconvening, Mrs. Bahas moved for reconsideration of the motion dealing with <br />the improvements to the Bradley Oaks Subdivision, second by Mr. Boehmer, unanimously <br />approved. Mr. Tallon moved to accept the proposal for Bradley Oaks Subdivision Im- <br />provement Plans, second by Mr. O'Grady. Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: <br />Bahas, Boehmer, McKay, O'Grady, Tallon. Negative vote: Wilamosky. 5 Aye - 1 Nay - <br />Motion carried. Bradley Oaks Subdivision improvement Plan approved. <br />Mr. Tallon scheduled a BZD Committee Meeting for March 24th, at 7:30 P.M. <br />Mr. Wilamosky scheduled a Finance Committee Meeting for March 3rd at 7:30 P.M.; <br />a Finance Committee Meeting for March 7th at 8:00 P.M.; another meeting for <br />March 9th at 7:30 P.M. <br />Mr. O'Grady moved to excuse the absence of President Saringer and Councilman <br />Bohlmann, second by Mr. Boehmer, unanimously approved. <br />There being no further business and the agenda being completed, President Pro Tem <br />Tallon adjourned the Council Meeting at 9:25 P.M. <br />Ronald J.
