Council Minutes of 3/1/88 -4- LEGISLATION• Ordinance No. 88-14 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its third reading. An ordinance establishing a Drug Enforcement Trust Fund, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 2925.03 (J) and (K), and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 88-14 adopted. Ordinance No. 88-15 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. An ordinance accepting for dedication 7515 Company's Subdivision No. 2, which in- cludes Tara-Lynn Drive in the City of North Olmsted. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Bahas, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 88-15 adopted. Resolution No. 88-21 introduced by Mr. Bohlmann was given its second reading. A resolution objecting to certian provisions of Chapter 4117 of the Ohio Revised Code detailing the State Collective Bargaining Law, specifically Chapter 4117.14 (C) 6 requiring the City Council to reject the recommendations of the Fact Finder within only seven (7) days, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 88-22 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1988, Ordinance No. 88-24 introduced by Mr. Bohlmann was given its second reading. An ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 1361 of the Codified Ordinances entitled, "Flood Damage Prevention". Ordinance No. 88-26 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1988. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings as well as referral to committee, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. President Pro Tem Tallon asked if anyone in the audience would like to address Ordinance No. 88-26; there was no audience participation. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 88-26 adopted. Ordinance No. 88-27 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An ordinance accepting for dedication the Pheasants Walk Subdivision, which includes Pheasants Walk Drive, Wood Path Drive and Quail Run, in the City of North Olmsted. Referred to BZD Committee. Ordinance No. 88-28 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement and request the cooperation of the County of Cuyahoga and the Department of Transportation, State of Ohio. Referred to Transportation Committee. Ordinance No. 88-29 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An ordinance granting the extinguishment and release of a sewer easement granted to the City of North Olmsted and recorded in Volume 11663, Page 681 of Cuyahoga County Plat Records, and declaring an emergency. Referred to BZD Committee. Ordinance No. 88-30 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An ordinance granting the extinguishment and release of a utility easement granted to the City of North Olmsted and recorded in Volume 238, Page 65, of Cuyahoga County Plat Records and to further accept a new easement in place thereof for the installation and maintenance of sewers for the purpose of supplying sewer service to Hastings Drive property.
