<br />Council Minutes of 12/19/89 -5- <br />Miscellaneous business: <br />President Saringer complimented the administration on the Christmas decorations. <br />Mr. Wilamosky thanked President Saringer and Ward 1 Councilman Tallon, whose <br />terms expire on December 31st., for their dedication and service to the residents <br />of North Olmsted. Also, expressed appreciation to Mayor Petrigac and her directors <br />who were most helpful in resolving resident's problems and maintained the quality <br />of services for the city. <br />President Saringer expressed her thanks to <br />serve as President of Council for the last <br />have been most rewarding as she served the <br />both an honor and a privilege. Especially <br />the recent difficult period in her life an <br />and a Happy New Year. <br />the council for appointing her to <br />three years; her last eighteen years <br />residents of North Olmsted; it was <br />thanked everyone for helping her through <br />3 wished everyone a blessed Christmas <br />Mr. Tallon also thanked council members for their consideration and help during <br />his past six years on council and wished his successor the best of luck in his <br />term of office. Thanked this administration and the previous administration for <br />their help during his term of office. <br />Mr. Boehmer commented that he certainly enjoyed working with council as a <br />councilman-at-large and hopes to continue to work with them as the new President <br />of Council. Thanked the administration for its four year effort; some of them <br />will be missed. <br />Mayor Petrigac stated that she had a golden opportunity for twelve years - eight <br />of which were spent as a member of the legislative body and four as Mayor - <br />and really enjoyed this period. Wished the Mayor-Elect and his administration a <br />successful term in office so that North Olmsted would continue to move forward <br />and be a progressive city. <br />The agenda being completed and there being no further business, President Saringer <br />adjourned the Council Meeting at 8:45 P.M. <br />L.. <br />Florence E.
