Council Minutes of 12/19/89 -5- Miscellaneous business: President Saringer complimented the administration on the Christmas decorations. Mr. Wilamosky thanked President Saringer and Ward 1 Councilman Tallon, whose terms expire on December 31st., for their dedication and service to the residents of North Olmsted. Also, expressed appreciation to Mayor Petrigac and her directors who were most helpful in resolving resident's problems and maintained the quality of services for the city. President Saringer expressed her thanks to serve as President of Council for the last have been most rewarding as she served the both an honor and a privilege. Especially the recent difficult period in her life an and a Happy New Year. the council for appointing her to three years; her last eighteen years residents of North Olmsted; it was thanked everyone for helping her through 3 wished everyone a blessed Christmas Mr. Tallon also thanked council members for their consideration and help during his past six years on council and wished his successor the best of luck in his term of office. Thanked this administration and the previous administration for their help during his term of office. Mr. Boehmer commented that he certainly enjoyed working with council as a councilman-at-large and hopes to continue to work with them as the new President of Council. Thanked the administration for its four year effort; some of them will be missed. Mayor Petrigac stated that she had a golden opportunity for twelve years - eight of which were spent as a member of the legislative body and four as Mayor - and really enjoyed this period. Wished the Mayor-Elect and his administration a successful term in office so that North Olmsted would continue to move forward and be a progressive city.
