Council Minutes of 12/19/89 -4- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 89-99 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1990, as amended. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. <br />Tallon, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. <br />Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 89-99 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 89-103 introduced by Councilmen O'Grady and McKay was given its <br />second reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of <br />North Olmsted to change the "no right turn on red" sign at Brookpark and Clague <br />Roads to read, "no right turn on red from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.", and de- <br />claring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for suspension of the rule requiring <br />three readings, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Mr. O'Grady moved <br />for adoption, second by Mrs. Bahas, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. <br />89-103 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 89-104 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into contracts for the deposit of <br />public monies with the institutions designated by council as depositories for <br />the active and interim accounts of the city. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension <br />of rule requiring three readings as well as referral to committee, second by Mr.. <br />Boehmer, unanimously approved.. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by <br />Mr. Boehmer, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 89-104 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 89-105 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance vacating a portion of a sanitary sewer easement located on property <br />now owned by Romp Realty Company on the southeastern corner of Lorain and <br />Columbia Roads and further, accepting an easement from Romp Realty Company for <br />a relocated sanitary sewer. Referred to Streets and Drainage Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 89-106 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various administrative and <br />legislative personnel, and declaring an emergency. Ref erred to Finance Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 89-107 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 19$9. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings as well as <br />referral to committee, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. <br />89-107 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 89-108 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to allow <br />for the installation of signs prohibiting left hand turns for traffic travelling <br />south on Dover Center Road, heading into Toys-R-Us driveway located on Dover <br />Center Road, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of rule <br />requiring three readings as well as ref erral to committee, second by Mr. Boehmer, <br />unanimously approved.
