N Council Minutes of 5/3/89 -q- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 89-39 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing Chapter 909 of the Codified Ordinances entitled, "Aprons", <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 89-40 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance for the repair and resurfacing of Fitch Road, from the North Olmsted <br />South Corporation Line to Butternut Ridge Road, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 89-41 introduced by Mr. Boehmer on behalf of the Mayor and the <br />Entire Council was given its first reading. A resolution supporting the annual <br />sale of "Buddy Poppies" by the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States of <br />America. Mr. Boehmer moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings as <br />well as referral to committee, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Mr. <br />Boehmer moved for adoption, second by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. <br />Resolution No. 89-41 adopted. <br />Miscellaneous Business: <br />Mr. Bohlmann scheduled a joint meeting of the Recreation Committee/Finance Committee <br />on Monday, May 15th, at 8:30 P.M. Requested the entire Parks and Recreation <br />Commission, Mayor, Finance Director, Safety Director, Recreation Complex Director <br />and Budget and Management Director to be in attendance to discuss the disbursement <br />of funds created by passage of the 0.7 mill Recreation Levy. <br />The agenda being completed and there being no further business, President Saringer <br />adjourned the Council Meeting at 8:35 P.M. <br />CA . <br />Florence E.
