i , <br />. ~ - . <br />MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />APRIL 18, 1989 <br />Present: President Janet Saringer, Councilwoman Bahas, Councilmen <br />Boehmer, Bohlmann, McKay, O'Grady, Tallon, Wilamosky. <br />Also present: Mayor Yvonne Petrigac, Law Director Michael Gareau, Finance <br />Director Edward Boyle, Clerk of Council Florence Campbell. <br />Meeting was called to order by President Saringer at 8:00 P.M., in Council <br />Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Members of the audience were invited to join Members of Council in reciting the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag led by Members of Boy Scout Troop 53. <br />Minutes of the Special Council Meeting of March 30, 1989, were approved. <br />Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of April 4, 1989, were approved. <br />President Saringer announced: 1) Ordinance No. 89-6 has been removed from the <br />agenda; Ordinance Nos. 89-13, 89-37, 89-38 and 89-39 have been added to the <br />agenda; suspension of the rule requiring three readings will be requested on <br />Ordinance Nos. 89-32 and 89-36. <br />President Saringer welcomed members of Boy Scout Troop No. 53, Scout Master Wood, <br />parents of the boy scouts and Councilman Michael Rump of Ward 6 in the City of <br />Westlake. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Resolution No. 89-33 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky on behalf of the Mayor and the <br />entire council was given .its first reading. A resolution commending the achieve- <br />ment of the Eagle Scout Award in Boy Scouting by Jeffrey R. Kohl. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mrs, Bahas, unani- <br />mously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unani- <br />mously approved. Resolution No. 89-33 adopted, President Saringer read the reso- <br />lution in its entirety and Jeffry R. Kohl was recognized and congratulated by <br />the administration and the entire council. <br />Resolution No. 89-34 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky on behalf of the Mayor and the <br />entire council was given its first reading.
