rt. . Council Minutes of 4/18/89 -6- LEGISLATION (cont'd): Ordinance No. 89-27 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1989. Referred to Finance Committee. Ordinance No. 89-28 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance to transfer and make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1989. Resolution No. 89-32 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for one (1) radio base console for the North Olmsted Police Division, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings as well as referral to committee, second by Mr. Boehmer, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Boehmer, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 89-32 adopted. Ordinance No. 89-36 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An ordinance establishing the method by which fees for the use of the facilities of the Recreation Department are to be fixed, and repealing Ordinance No. 86-29, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Bohlmann moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings as well as referral to committee, second by Mrs. Bahas, unanimously approved. Mr. Bohlmann moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Bahas, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 89-36 adopted. Ordinance No. 89-37 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance amending the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Chapter 903, "Sidewalks", Section 903.01 entitled, "Permit Required; Fees", and declaring an emergency. Referred to BZD Committee. Resolution No. 89-38 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the construction and replacement of the box culvert and head walls located on Bradley Road, in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Streets and Drainage Committee. Ordinance No. 89-39 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance establishing Chapter 909 of the Codified Ordinances entited, "Aprons", and declaring an emergency. Ref erred to BZD Committee. Miscellaneous Business: President Saringer announced that the North Olmsted Democratic Club had donated $75 toward the Memorial Park Fund. Also,. because of the Primary Election on Tuesday, May 2nd, the next regular council meeting will be on Wednesday, May 3rd. Mr. Boehmer scheduled a Safety Committee Meeting, immediately following the special council meeting tomorrow evening. Mrs. Bahas scheduled A Long Range Planning Committee Meeting for May 9th, at 7:30 P.M., to discuss the city property on Butternut Ridge Road and requested the attendance of the Mayor, Tom Fattlar, Don Copeland, representatives from Kiwanis and Horizon's and Council-of-the-Whole Committee to be in attendance. ;~
