Council Minutes of 1/3/89 -4- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 88-147 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance establishing and fixing the compensat on;for the Ward Council <br />Members of the City of North Olmsted for the term of office commencing January <br />1, 1990, and ending December 31, 1993, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 89-1 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1988, Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings as well as referral to <br />committee, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for <br />adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 89-1 adopted. <br />Miscellaneous business: <br />Mr. Wilamosky scheduled a Finance Committee Meeting for January 9th at 8 P.M. <br />to discuss Ordinance No. 88-141 as well as all of the ordinances dealing with <br />salary ranges for elected officials commencing January 1st of 1990. <br />Mr. McKay moved to excuse the absence of President Saringer and Councilwoman <br />Bahas, second by Mr. Bohlmann, unanimously approved. <br />There being no further business and the agenda being completed, President Pro <br />Tem Tallon adjourned the Council Meeting at 8:25 F.M. <br />f ~ / ,~ <br />6 ' <br />lorence E.
