A resolution <br />coarimending Richelle Solt in her achievement of the Silver Award in <br />Cadette Girl Scouting. Mr. O'Grady moved for suspension of the rules <br />requiring three readings and ccx~mi.ttee report; second by Mrs. Babas; <br />passed unanimously. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mrs. <br />Babas; passed unanimou~.sly. Resolution 90-172 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 90-173 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. <br />Saringer. An ordinance accepting for dedication a portion of Cambridge <br />Crossings Estates subdivision which includes Bretton Ridge Drive ar~d <br />Ursula Court in the City of North Olmsted.. <br />Ordinance No. 90-174 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. <br />Tallon. An ordinance establishing a new and revised Chapter 943 of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Cemeteries". <br />Resolution No. 90-175 was introduced and. placed on first reading by <br />Mayor Boyle on behalf of himself ar~d the entire Council. A resolution <br />recognizing December 31, 1990 as World Peace Day. Mr. Tallon moved for <br />suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. Nashar; <br />passed unanimously. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; secorxl by Mr. <br />Nashar; passed unanimously. Resolution 90-175 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 90-176 was introduced and placed an first reading by Mr. <br />Tallon. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to <br />advertise for diesel fuel arxi gasoline products for use by the City of <br />North Olmsted Service Department, atxi authorizing the Mayor to contract <br />for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension <br />of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed <br />unanimously. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; <br />passed unanimously.
