~. <br />Council Mirnites of 12/18/90 <br />LEGISLATION (CONTINUID) <br />Or 'Hance No. - 9 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second <br />reading. An ordinance establishing the method by which fees far the use <br />of the facilities of the Recreation Department are to be fixed, and <br />repealing Ordinance No. 89-36 and declaring an urgency, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 90-163 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second <br />reading. An ordinance establishing the organization and composition of <br />the rion-uniform, part-time personnel of the Police Department and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 90-165 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second <br />reading. An ordinance accepting for dedication the North Olmsted <br />Rosewood Estates subdivision which includes a portion of Gessner Road in <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. ~-167 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. <br />Tallon. An ordinance to transfer and make appropriations for current <br />expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the <br />year ending December 31, 1990. Mr. Tallon asked for suspension of the <br />rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. McKay; passed unanimously. <br />Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance 90-167 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 90-168 was introduced and placed an first reading by Mr. <br />Tallon. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and <br />other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending <br />December 31, 1991. Mr. Tallon moved far suspension of the rules <br />requiring three readings; second by Mr. McKay; passed unanimously. Mr. <br />Tallon moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance 90-168 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 90-169 was introduced and placed an first reading by Mr. <br />McKay. An ordinance authorizing aril directing the Mayor of the City of <br />North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Howard, Needles, Tammen & <br />Bergendoff to provide engineering services for the disinfection facility <br />improvements, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for <br />suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mrs. Babas; <br />passed tmanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; <br />passed t~nanimpusly. Ordinance 90-169 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 90-170 was introduced and placed an first reading by Mrs. <br />Saringer. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract <br />with the Cuyahoga County General Health District for the year 1991, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mrs. Saringer moved for suspension of the rules <br />requiring three readings; second by Mr. O'Grady; passed unanimously. <br />Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption; second by Mr. O'Grady; passed <br />unanimously. Resolution 90-170 adapted. <br />Ordinance No. 90-171 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. <br />Nashar. An ordinance creating new Section 521.13 of the City of North <br />Olmsted Codified Ordinances entitled, "Treelawn and Apron Maintenance", <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />6 <br />. , .. <br />..,~~~~ <br />
