Council Minutes of 12/4/90 LEGISLATIC~T (CONTINUED) Ordinance No. -1 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An ordinance establishing the method by which fees for the use of the facilities of the Recreation Department are to be fixed, a~ repealing Ordinance No. 89-36, arxi declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved to amend Ordinance 90-149 by deleting Section 3, Paragraph D; second by Mrs. Saringer; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 90-149 amended. Resolution No. 90-150 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for the clearing asxl leveling of land, placement of drainage and seeding of the northwestern portion of North OLnsted Park in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption; second by Mr. Leonard; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 90-150 adopted. Ordinance No. 90-157 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing the organization of the Police Division of the Department of Public Safety, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 90-160 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance amending Section 161.10 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Affirmative Action Program," and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 90-161 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading.. An ordinance establishing vacation policy for nonbargaining unit Administrative and Legislative employees and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 90-163 was introduced and placed an first reading by Mr. McKay. An ordinance establishing the organization and composition of the non-uniform, part-time personnel of the Police Department and declaring an urgency. Ordinance No. 90-164 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. An ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various administrative and legislative personnel and declaring an urgency. Ordinance No. 90-165 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Saringer. An ordinance accepting for dedication the North OLnsted Rosewood Estates Subdivision which includes a portion of Lessner Road in the City of North Olmsted. Ordinance No. 90-166 was introduced by Mr. Tallon. An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1990, and declaring an urgency. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. McKay; passed unanimously. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; passed unanimously.
