Council Minutes of 12/4/90 <br />LEGISLATIC~T (CONTINUED) <br />Ordinance No. -1 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third <br />reading. An ordinance establishing the method by which fees for the use <br />of the facilities of the Recreation Department are to be fixed, a~ <br />repealing Ordinance No. 89-36, arxi declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon <br />moved to amend Ordinance 90-149 by deleting Section 3, Paragraph D; <br />second by Mrs. Saringer; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 90-149 <br />amended. <br />Resolution No. 90-150 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third <br />reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to <br />advertise for bids for the clearing asxl leveling of land, placement of <br />drainage and seeding of the northwestern portion of North OLnsted Park <br />in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Saringer <br />moved for adoption; second by Mr. Leonard; passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 90-150 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 90-157 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its second <br />reading. An ordinance establishing the organization of the Police <br />Division of the Department of Public Safety, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 90-160 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second <br />reading. An ordinance amending Section 161.10 of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Affirmative Action <br />Program," and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 90-161 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second <br />reading.. An ordinance establishing vacation policy for nonbargaining <br />unit Administrative and Legislative employees and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 90-163 was introduced and placed an first reading by Mr. <br />McKay. An ordinance establishing the organization and composition of <br />the non-uniform, part-time personnel of the Police Department and <br />declaring an urgency. <br />Ordinance No. 90-164 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. <br />Tallon. An ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various <br />administrative and legislative personnel and declaring an urgency. <br />Ordinance No. 90-165 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. <br />Saringer. An ordinance accepting for dedication the North OLnsted <br />Rosewood Estates Subdivision which includes a portion of Lessner Road in <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 90-166 was introduced by Mr. Tallon. An ordinance to <br />transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for <br />the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1990, and <br />declaring an urgency. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of the rules <br />requiring three readings; second by Mr. McKay; passed unanimously. Mr. <br />Tallon moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 90-166 adopted. <br />4 <br />
