She <br />feels that it is unfortunate that people who have struggled with the <br />sewer system arxi. other community problems for 40 years now have to <br />struggle to keep their his. <br />Angelo Skoulis, 24732 Mitchell Drive, would like Council to very <br />seriously consider what he and others are saying about this rezoning. <br />The residents wants Council to see the whole picture of this community-- <br />what it is now arxi what is possible when all the land is developed. The <br />City is already facing ~oblems with traffic, sewers, pollution, and <br />crime. We do not have the capacity to absorb all of this commercial <br />development; somewhere along the line, Council must put a stop to it. <br />President Boehmer thanked the residents and invited them to stay for the <br />Council meeting at 8 p.m. where they could also participate and share <br />their views. <br />Mr. McKay also wanted to join the residents in asking Council to search <br />their souls, represent the people that they were elected to represent, <br />and vote accordingly. <br />President Boehmer adjourned the Public Hearing at 7:28 p.m. <br />~' ~` <br />,~` <br />Barbara L.
