Resolution No. <br />90-102 adopted. <br />Mr. BohJmann thanked Council and expressed his pride in having served <br />as a member of Council. <br />Resolution No. 90-103 introduced by Mrs, Beringer was given its first <br />reading. A resolution commer~di.ng the public service of Councilman <br />Ronald J. Wilamosky. Mrs. Beringer moved for suspension of the rules; <br />second by Mr. O'Grady; passed unanitrunisly. Mrs. Sari.nger moved for <br />adoption; second by Mrs. Bahas; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 90- <br />103 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 90-104 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first <br />reading. An ordinance authorizing funds to be transferred fran the <br />facility plan Step III Fund to the Sewer Revenue fund in reimbursement <br />of moneys previously advanced to pay costs of engineering services, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 90-105 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first <br />reading. An ordinance authorizing investment earnings on the facility <br />plan Step III Fund, established to pay costs of improvements to the <br />city's sanitary sewer system, to be credited to the sewer revernve <br />fund, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 90-106 introduced by Mr. Tallon oar behalf of the Mayor <br />arri entire Council was given its first reading. An ordinance <br />authorizing certain sewer improvements necessary to abate existing <br />detrimental conditions as public rniisances, to assist the city in <br />complying with Environmental Protection Agency requirements relating <br />to inflow and infiltration of storm water into the city's sanitary <br />sewer system and to promote the effective and efficient operation of <br />that system; and appropriating money in the Sewer Revenue Fund for <br />that purpose. <br />Ordinance No. 90-107 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was given its first <br />reading.
