An ordinance authorizing funds to be transferred fran the facility plan Step III Fund to the Sewer Revenue fund in reimbursement of moneys previously advanced to pay costs of engineering services, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 90-105 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An ordinance authorizing investment earnings on the facility plan Step III Fund, established to pay costs of improvements to the city's sanitary sewer system, to be credited to the sewer revernve fund, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 90-106 introduced by Mr. Tallon oar behalf of the Mayor arri entire Council was given its first reading. An ordinance authorizing certain sewer improvements necessary to abate existing detrimental conditions as public rniisances, to assist the city in complying with Environmental Protection Agency requirements relating to inflow and infiltration of storm water into the city's sanitary sewer system and to promote the effective and efficient operation of that system; and appropriating money in the Sewer Revenue Fund for that purpose. Ordinance No. 90-107 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was given its first reading.
