Council Minutes of 8/21/90 <br />LDGISLATION: <br />Or~'c~inance No. 90-76 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second <br />reading. An ordinance amending section 1134.02 of the Zoning Code <br />entitled "Accessory uses and Buildings" of Chapter 1135 of the Zoning <br />Code entitled "Residence Districts". <br />Ordinance No. 90-95 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first <br />reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of <br />$1,200,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the <br />purpose of improving the Municipal Sanitary Sewer System by <br />rehabilitating and replacing sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer <br />connections together with the necessary appurtenances and work <br />incidental thereto. <br />Ordinance No. 90-96 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first <br />reading. An ordinance to make arxi transfer appropriations for current <br />expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the <br />year ending December 31, 1990, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 90-97 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first <br />reading. An ordinance to establish within the Special revenue Fund <br />group A "Hospitalization Fund" of the City of North Olmsted for the <br />proceeds of Hospitalization monies ani related expenditures, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of the rules; <br />second by Mrs. Saringer; passed unanimously. Mr. Tallon moved for <br />adoption; second by Mrs. Saringer; passed unanunously. Ordinance No. <br />90-97 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 90-98 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first <br />reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to <br />advertise for bids for one multi conductor solid state color tv <br />inspection system mounted in C,MC Vandura Van (8600G'VW), and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 90-99 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its first <br />reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to <br />advertise for and accept bids for the improvement of Sunset Oval <br />pavement replacement, Phase I, from the Sunset Oval intersection, <br />south approximately 500 feet (including the intersection), as detailed <br />in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract <br />for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspension <br />of the rules; second by Mr. Nashar; passed unanimously. Mr. McKay <br />moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 90-99 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 90-100 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first <br />reading.
