MINUTES OF THE SPF~IAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />JULY 11, 1990 <br />Present: Council President Boehmer, Council Members Leonard, <br />McKay, Nashar, O'Grady, Saringer, Tallon. <br />Also Present: Acting Clerk of Council James Burns <br />Absent: Councilwoman Babas <br />President Boehmer called the special meeting of council to order at 7:05 <br />p.m. in Council Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Reso-~ution No. 90-87 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third <br />reading. A resolution adopting the budget of the City of North Olmsted <br />for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1991, and submitting the same <br />to the County Auditor, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved to <br />adopt; second by Mrs. Saringer. Unanimously approved. Ordinance No. <br />90-87 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 90-89 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third <br />reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $1,010,000 <br />notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds and the collection of <br />special assessments heretofore levied to pay costs of improving North <br />Olmsted Industrial Parkway between certain termini by grading, draining, <br />curbing, paving aryl constructing a water main ar~d storm and sanitary <br />sewers, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, acid declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved to adopt; second by Mrs. Saringer. <br />Unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 90-89 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 90-90 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third <br />reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and .sale of $1,010,000 <br />bonds in anticipation of the collection of special assessments <br />heretofore levied, to pay costs of improving North Olmsted Industrial <br />Parkway between certain termini by grading, draining, curbing, paving <br />and constructing a water main and storm and sanitary sewers, together <br />with the necessary appurtenances thereto, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Tallon moved to adopt; second by Mrs. Saringer. Unanimously <br />approved. Ordinance No. 90-90 adopted. <br />Miscellaneous business: <br />Mr. O'Grady moved to excuse the absence of Councilwoman Babas; second by <br />Mrs. Saringer.
