An ~''" ordinance creating anew full-time administrative position to be known as Clerk ~I of Commissions, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 90-44 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other ex- penditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1990. Ordinance No. 90-46 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted, which Zone Map is part of Che Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, by changing the premises hereinafter described from Single Residence B District to General Retail Business District. Resolution No. 90-47 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its first reading. A resolution requesting the Ohio Department of Transportation to improve Lorain Road, State Route 10, from the west corporation line to the east corporation line, by resurfacing, and declaring an emergency. Referred to joint Streets and Drainage/Finance Committees. Resolution No. 90-48 introduced by Mayor. Boyle was given its first reading. A resolution designating the Bearded Iris as the. official city flower, and re- pealing Resolution No. 79-167. Referred to Environmental Control Committee. Ordinance No. 90-49 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Northern Ohio Patrolmens' Benevolent Association, which agreement is the collective bargaining agreement between the City and the North Olmsted Police Department :dispatchers, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings. as well as referral to committee, second by Mr. Nashar, unanimously approved. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for the renovation of the North Olmsted Park outdoor restrooms for the North Olmsted Parks and Recreation Department and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Bahas moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings as well as referral to committee, second by Mr. Tallon, unani- mously approved. Resolution No. 90-50 adopted. Resolution No. 90-51 introduced by Mrs. Bahas was given its first reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for the resurfacing of the North Olmsted Park tennis courts for the North Olmsted Parks and Recreation Department and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. An ordinance amending Section 2 of Ordinance No. 90-38 entitled, "an ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various administrative and legislative personnel, and declaring an emergency", and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings.as well as referral to committee, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved.
