Council Minutes of 2/20/90 <br />-6- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Resolution No. 90-17 introduced by Mr. Tallon on behalf of the Mayor and the <br />~'` entire Council was given its first reading. A resolution commending the public <br />service of Mayor M. Yvonne Petrigac. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of rule <br />requiring three readings as well as ref erral to committee, second by Mr. O'Grady, <br />unanimously approved. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, <br />unanimously approved. Resolution No. 90-17 adopted and read in its entirety. <br />Ordinance No. 90-18 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1990. <br />Resolution No. 90-19 introduced by Mayor Boyle on behalf of the Mayor and the <br />entire Council was given its first reading. A resolution dedicating the official <br />mayoral. portrait of Robert W. Swietyniowski and enshrining the same in the <br />Council Chambers of the City of North Olmsted. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension <br />of rule requiring three readings as well. as referral to committee, second by <br />Mr. Nashar, unanimously approved. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption, second by <br />Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 90-19 adopted and read in its <br />entirety. <br />Miscellaneous business: <br />Mrs. Saringer scheduled a BZD Committee Meeting for Thursday, the 15th of March, <br />at 7:00 P.M., and requested the attendance of Building Commissioner Conway and <br />Assistant Engineer McDermott. <br />Mr. Tallon scheduled a Finance Committee Meeting for Thursday, March lst, at <br />7:30 P.M., to review the appropriation ordinance, and requested the attendance <br />of the Mayor, Finance Director and Personnel and Administrative Services Director <br />Wilamosky. <br />Mrs. Saringer moved to excuse the absence of Councilwoman Bahas and Councilman <br />Leonard, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. <br />The agenda being completed and there being no further business, President Boehmer <br />adjourned the Council Meeting at 8:45 P.M. <br />orence E.
