<br />Council Minutes of 2/6/90 <br />LEGISLATION: <br />-6- <br />Ordinance No. 88-54 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending the Traff is Control File of the City of North Olmsted to <br />provide for the installation of a "No Right Turn on Red - 7:30 A.M. to 9:00 A.M., <br />Weekdays Only" sign for traffic travelling in an eastern direction on Brookpark <br />Road where the same intersects Clague Road, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay <br />moved to table, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 88-54 <br />tabled. <br />Ordinance No. 88-55 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to <br />provide for the installation of a "No Left Turn - 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M., Weekdays <br />Only" sign for traffic travelling in a westerly direction on Brookpark Road where <br />the same intersects Clague Road, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved to <br />table, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 88-55 tabled. <br />Resolution No. 90-1 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />sweeping of all streets in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 90-5 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the Organizational. Chart and composition of the Fire <br />Department of the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 90-6 introduced. by Mrs. Babas was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the complement. of the Parks and Recreation Department, <br />affixing the compensation to be paid the members thereof and repealing Ordinance <br />No. 84-120, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 90-8 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the sale of surplus personal property owned by the City <br />of North Olmsted and previously used by the Department of Public Service, and <br />declaring an emergency. Referred to joint Safety and Finance Committees. <br />Ordinance No. 90-9 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1990. Referred <br />to Finance Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 90-10 introduced by Mrs. Babas was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of North <br />Olmsted of amendments to Section 7(a) of Article IV, and Section 5 of Article VII <br />of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted, and of a new Article XV, of the <br />Charter of the City of North Olmsted, to provide for open meetings of all <br />public bodies of the City of North Olmsted with certain enumerated exceptions <br />for closed executive sessions, and declaring an emergency. Ref erred to <br />Legislation Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 90-11 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 1309 of the Codified Ordinances, <br />entitled "National Electric Code", and declaring an emergency. Referred to <br />BZD Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 90-12 introduced by Councilmen McKay and O'Grady was given its <br />first reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of <br />North Olmsted by providing for the installation of a "No Right Turn on Red" sign <br />at Lorain and Clague Roads to read, ''No Right Turn on Red from 7:00 A.M. to <br />6:30 P.M.", and declaring an emergency. Referred to Saf ety Committee. <br /> <br />
