An <br />ordinance establishing a canmuzity reinvestment area under the provisions of <br />Sections 3735.65 through 3735.70, inclusive, of the Ohio Revised Code, designating <br />a Housing Officer, establishing a Ccxmiunity Reinvestment Housing Council, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-179 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the taxation code of the codified Ordinances of the City of <br />North OLnsted by amending Section 1501.0316 entitled "Resident" of Chapter 1501.03 <br />entitled "Definitions." <br />Ordinance No. 91-180 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to transfer and make appropriations for current expenses arxi other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1991. <br />Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of the rule requiring throe readings; second by <br />Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; second by Mrs. <br />Saringer; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-180 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-181 was introduced aril placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to .enter into contracts for the deposit of public <br />monies with the institutions designated by Council as depositories for the active <br />and interim account of the City. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of the <br />rule requiring three readings; secorxl by Mrs. Saringer; passed unanimously. Mr. <br />Tallon moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Saringer; passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 91-181 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 91-182 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. A <br />resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 1992, all tax money due and awing said City from <br />arty collection source. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of the rule requiring <br />three readings; second by Mrs. Saringer; passed unanimously. Mr. Tallon moved for <br />adoption; second by Mrs. Saringer; passed unanimously. Resolution No. 91-182 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-183 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />An ordinance authorizing the I~yor to enter into an agreement with the North <br />Olmsted F.O.P., Ohio Labor Council, which agreement is the Collective Bargaining <br />Agreement between the City and the North Olmsted Police Department and declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of the rule requiring three <br />readings; second by Mrs. Saringer; passed unanimously. Mr. Tallon moved for <br />adoption; second by Mrs. Saringer; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-183 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-184 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />An ordinance to make a~ropriations for current expenses and experbdituzres for the <br />City of North Olmsted for the y+esr ending December 31, 1992. Mr. Tallon moved for <br />suspension of the rule requiring three readings; second by Mrs. Saringer; passed <br />unanimously.
