<br />Council Minutes of 12/3/91 <br />LDGISLATION (CONTINUID) <br />Or ce No. 9 -1 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Babas. An <br />ordinance Limiting part-time employment within the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-186 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Babas and <br />Mr. Leonard. An ordinance providing for the anent of the Zone Map of the City <br />of North Olmsted, which Zone Map is pert of the Zoning Code of the City of North <br />OLnsted, by changing the premises hereinafter described from Single Residence A <br />District to General Retail Business District. Mrs. Babas explained that the owner <br />of this property had been victimized because of its location. To the north is a <br />church, to the rear of the house is the church school, across the street is the <br />Brookpark extension and an office building, and to the south are stores. The <br />owner has tried on several occasions to sell the property, however, no buyer wi11 <br />purchase it as residential property. <br />Miscellaneous Business <br />Mr. Tallon move to recess into an executive session to discuss a personnel <br />matter; secorxi by Mrs. Babas; passed unanimously. Council adjourned into <br />executive session at 9:20 p.m.; the Council meeting was reconvened at 9:31 p.m. <br />Mr. Leonard scheduled a Safety Committee meeting along with the Transportation <br />meeting a 7 p.m. on Wednesday, December 18. He requests that Service Director <br />Bohlmarni attend. <br />Mrs. Babas scheduled a Legislative meeting for 7:20 p.m. on Monday, December 9. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being r~ further business to come before <br />Council, President Boehmer adjourned the meeting at 9:34 p.m. <br />~ ~ ~i <br />L.
