A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise far bids for <br />5,000 tons of asphalt and tack casting of City streets, and authorizing the Mayor <br />to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; <br />second by Mrs. Saringer; passed unanimously. Resolution No. 91-143 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 91-144 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. a <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />diesel fuel and gasoline products for use by the City of North Olmsted, as per <br />specifications now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract <br />far same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />Leonard; passed unanimously. Resolution No. 91-147 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 91-148 introduced by Mayor Boyle and the entire Council was given <br />its third reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City <br />of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Malcom Pirnie, Inc. to provide <br />engineering services for a facility plan for the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Leonard; <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-148 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-150 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second. reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a traffic signal detector easement located on property owned <br />by Lauren Properties Limited Partnership and designated parcel "'A" in the <br />assembly plat for Lauren Properties, Inc., and further designated as Fermanent <br />Parcel No. 231-31-1 by Cuyahoga County maps and records, said easement shown on <br />Exhibit "B", and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-151 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading.
