Council Minutes of 11/19/91 LEGISLATI~T (CONTINUED) Reso ution No. 1- 3 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise far bids for 5,000 tons of asphalt and tack casting of City streets, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Saringer; passed unanimously. Resolution No. 91-143 adopted. Resolution No. 91-144 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. a resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for diesel fuel and gasoline products for use by the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract far same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 91-148 introduced by Mayor Boyle and the entire Council was given its third reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Malcom Pirnie, Inc. to provide engineering services for a facility plan for the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Leonard; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-148 adopted. Ordinance No. 91-150 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second. reading. An ordinance accepting a traffic signal detector easement located on property owned by Lauren Properties Limited Partnership and designated parcel "'A" in the assembly plat for Lauren Properties, Inc., and further designated as Fermanent Parcel No. 231-31-1 by Cuyahoga County maps and records, said easement shown on Exhibit "B", and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 91-151 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the construction of stormwater culvert and ditch improvements on the Rice Ditch in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. 4
