Council Minutes of 11/6/91 <br />LEGISLATIC~T (CONTINUID) <br />Resolution No. 9 - 1 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for <br />one (1) urgency rescue vehicle and equipment to be used by the North Olmsted <br />Fire Department, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 91-142 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />2,000 tons of stone for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the <br />Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 91-143 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />5,000 tons of asphalt and tack crating of City streets, and authorizing the Mayor <br />to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 91-144 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />diesel fuel and gasoline products for use by the City of North Olmsted, as per <br />specifications now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract <br />for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 91-145 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise far bids for <br />partial depth concrete joint repair on various streets in the City of North <br />Olmsted, as per specifications now on file in his office, arxi authorizing the <br />Mayor to contract for same and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 91-146 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />cracksealing on various streets in the City of North 0]iusted, as per specifca- <br />tions now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 91-147 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />pulva mixing on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifica- <br />tions now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-148 introduced by Mayor Boyle and the entire Council was given <br />its second reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City <br />of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Malcom Pirnie, Inc. to provide <br />engineering services for a facility plan for the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-149 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to transfer aril make appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1991, <br />as amended.
