Council Minutes of 11/6/91 <br />LEGISLATION (CONTINUED) <br />Ordinance No. 1-1 was introduced anti placed ~ first reading by Mr. Tallon. <br />.An ordinance to amend Sections 901.01, 901.06, and 901.07 of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-160 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. <br />An ordinance to amend Section 1101.Ob and 1101.09 of the Codified Ordinances of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-161 was introduced auto. placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. <br />An ordinance to make approgriations for current expenses anti other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1992. Mr. Tallon <br />moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and. c~nttee review; <br />second by Mrs. Babas; passed uc~animously. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; second <br />by Mrs. Babas; passed tmanimously. Ordinance No. 91-161 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-162 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. <br />An ordinance providing for the isestaance and sale of $1,400,000 notes, i.n <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of renovating, remodeling, <br />rehabilitating, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving tl~ Municipal <br />Recreation Center and improving aril equipping its site, aur>~d declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Tallon noted that the signed Fiscal Officer's Certificate was <br />attached to the Ordinance. Mr. Tailor moved for suspension of th+e rules <br />requiring three readings and ccittee review; second by Mrs. Bags; passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-162 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-163 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr, Tallon. <br />An ordinance providing for the issnce and sale of $500,000 noted, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bands, to pay costs of acquiring motor vehicles <br />and equipment for use >n carrying out functions of the Department of Public <br />Service, and declaring an emergcy. Ordinance No. 91-163 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-164 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. <br />An ordinance providing for the issuance arxi sale of $340,000 notes, in anticipa- <br />tion of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of improving Great Northern <br />Boulevard, Country Club Boulevard, Victoria Lane and Kennedy Ride Road between <br />certain termini by removing the exi.stir~g pavement, grading, draining, curbing, <br />preparing the pavement base, paving anti caa~structing and reconstructing storm <br />sewers and sanitary sewers, wire r~ceasary, together with the necessary <br />appurtenances thereto, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon. noted that the <br />signed Fiscal Officer's Certificate was attached to the Ordinance.
